Rustic Modern Collection

Emtek Products is proud to announce the introduction of our Rustic Modern Bronze door hardware collection. This new collection combines the authentic quality and workmanship of our Traditional Sandcast Bronze hardware, with fresh contemporary forms familiar to you from our Modern Collection. Unique features such as the sleek "concealed screw" key-way flap on our entrysets and deadbolt, distinguish this collection from our Traditional Sandcast Bronze products.

The Rustic Modern Collection consists of:
- Ridgemont Sectional Tubular Entryset
- Logan Monolithic Tubular Entryset
- Brighton Full Length Tubular Entryset
- Each of the Tubular Entrysets are available in the Grip by Grip function

New Product Announcement

Emtek is proud to introduce the new Coventry Brass Designer Leverset and Norwich Brass Classic Knobset. These products are available with CF Mechanism as well as our standard exposed fastener products. Available finishes are: Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B), Satin Nickel (US15), Polished Chrome (US26), French Antique (US7), Pewter (US15A), and PVD-Lifetime.

Also being introducted at this time are 8" Brass Baden Door Pulls which may be used separately or with pull plates, mounting hardware is included. Available finishes are: Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B), Satin Nickel (US1515), Flat Black (US19) and Polished Chrome (US26).

And last but not least are Stainless Steel Square and Stainless Steel Round Single Sided Deadbolts which are operated by thumb-turn from inside only. No cylinder. Both styles are available in Brushed Stainless Steel.

New Modern Style Keyed Locksets

Emtek's Modern Collection is being expanded again to include two new keyed products. The Round Key-In Knobset and Luzern Key-In Leverset are forged brass products and are available in Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B), Satin Nickel (US15), Flat Black (US19) and Polished Chrome (US26) finishes. They may be ordered with any of our four styles of brass keyed rosettes.

Yale and ASSA ABLOY Donate 500,000th Lock to Habitat for Humanity

Affordable housing is not a new problem in the world, nor is securing your family and your home. Ten years ago, the ASSA ABLOY Group made a pledge through its Yale brand to work with Habitat for Humanity International to alleviate these problems by providing security to all Habitat for Humanity homes in the United States.

"Yale is very proud to be partners with Habitat for Humanity to secure families in their new homes," said Dick Krajewski, general manager for Yale Locks & Hardware. “We hope each family feels a sense of pride and accomplishment the first time they unlock the door to their new home and a new beginning.”?The ASSA ABLOY Group and Yale Locks & Hardware joined Habitat’s affordable housing work in 2001 with a commitment of $5 million in interior and exterior locksets and complimentary technical advice to Habitat affiliates regarding use and installation. Yale renewed this commitment in 2006, exceeding its second $5 million pledge by nearly $1 million.

The company also supports Habitat house construction through employee volunteerism on build sites near Group locations in, Mason City, Iowa, New Haven, Connecticut, Charlotte, North Carolina, Roanoke, Virginia and New York City to a name a few. Additional product support to local build projects has been provided by the brands from ASSA ABLOY Mexico and ASSA ABLOY APAC.

ADEX stands for Award for Design Excellence and are awarded annually and sponsored by Design Journal magazine. Voting is done by an anonymous panel of professionals representing a cross section of the design industry. The new EMTouch Keypad Leverset won a Platinum award and the new EMTouch Keypad Deadbolt won a Silver award.

Emtek is pleased to announce the introduction of three new Brass Tubular Entrance Handlesets and two Brass Mortise Entrance Handlesets.

Tubular Entries are:
Baden Style Sectional Entryset

Lausanne Style Full Entryset

Each of these styles are available in Single Cylinder, Double Cylinder and Dummy functions. Finishes available are Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B), Satin Nickel (US15), Flat Black (US19) and Polished Chrome (US26).
